Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

• Processing Time:
  Orders are processed within three working days after payment confirmation. During this period, the product will be repolished, and any requested modifications will be made.

• Shipping Method:

  • For products weighing less than 20 kg, shipping is handled by Professional Couriers, DTDC.
  • For products weighing 20 kg or more and North India shipping is arranged through logistics providers such as Safexpress.

• Delivery Times:
  Delivery times depend on the courier or transport service selected and the destination location.

International Shipping

We are accepting International Orders through emails only as the site cannot efficiently calculate shipping estimates. International clients may email us: psengottuvel5@gmail.com and we will help them with processing orders offline. However if you want an order delivered in India, you may order via the shop 

We take 4 working days to dispatch an order. Once an order is dispatched, you will be notified of the order tracking ID via email.

Shipping charges are calculated for standard domestic shipping times, i.e. 5 to 7 days from date of dispatch. International shipping times will vary depending on the shipping operator and country of delivery.
